I've finished Dress 9! I've finished Dress 9! My procrastination is over! I love it. It's lined too. The jacket is made to fit the following dimensions: 34" bust, 26.5" waist and 34.5" hip. Although, because there is a tie closure instead of a button, there's about an inch more of space in the waist and hip.
